Admission Policy

Admission Test for Nursery to Class IX are held in 3rd week of March every year.
Syllabus for Entry Test
- Entrance test for Nursery and Prep classes consists of speech, Math, Drawing, Writing and Cognitive Assessment.
- For Classes 1 to 3, the test paper includes subjects of English, Urdu, Math, and G. Knowledge.
- For Classes 4 to 9, the test paper includes English, Urdu, Math, and Islamiat subjects.
Guidance classes are conducted to guide and coach parents who are desirous of admitting their children to nursery class.
Age Limit for admission in the Nursery class shall be between 4.5 and 5.5 years.
The merit list of successful candidates will be displayed on the notice board within one week.
Admission in each class shall be made subject to the availability of seats.

All desirous students can apply on the admission form/ prospectus provided by the college.
Board results will be the basis for admission in the next higher class.
Admission in First Year will be granted on open merit.
Admission to BFA (Graphic Design) will be granted on merit criteria as mentioned in the guidelines for the BS Program (Revised Edition 2020) issued by
Federal Government Educational Institutions (C/G) Directorate.
Admission Procedure
- Names of the candidates seeking admission to various classes will be registered with the institution.
- Tests will be administered for those classes only in which vacancies exist.
- The institution will maintain a class-wise waiting list.
- A candidate must obtain 50% of the qualifying marks to compete for the merit.
- Names of selected candidates and those placed on waiting lists will be posted on the institution’s notice board.
- Admission formalities shall be completed within the stipulated period.
